I just received a tax bill from NJ for 2 years of ordering cigarettes online. Do you have the same?
They said they have to report by cigararette federal orders to report to states that require a state tax. OK. I have no problem. I no longer subject to an Indian reservation. Why do I get a tax bill after notifcation? Hello Law school graduates. Here is a case to argue. My tax bill is for the previous orders without notice that previous orders would be taxed?
Have you done anything illegal to try to evade the tax, and was caught, so now you have to pay. PA is doing the same. This is not a new law that has been there all the time, but someone just realized how much it is broken and began to follow and cargo.
