Individual income is personal property (not passive) and is the 16th amendment abused by the IRS.

The 16th Amendment reads: Congress have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States and without regard to any census or enumeration. The Supreme Court defines "income tax" as an excise tax "imposed in connection with the action of the company in corporate form." With the property tax, gas, sales of communications, heating, cable, car registrations, inheritance, lottery winnings, profits Capitol, home sales, home buying, or even exclusion that the government is fully tax as never before. Question is, if the Federal Reserve is privately owned and anonymous individuals corperations why I send my money with no accountability of how the tax collected is spent? Is not this taxation without representation?

There have been few cases where it was determined that the IRS can not provide the current law that requires you to pay federal income tax.
