Change of address fiscal stimulus payment?
Hello, I just moved back to the apartment last week. I am in the process of updating the form 8822 to update my address with the IRS. When I file my 2007 tax statement, I have not updating my direct deposit and gave the address my friend corrorspondence. IRS will send the check to the address or address of previous residence? Please tell me if any of you this experience and resolve this now?
If you do not have processed 8822 by the time your rebate is processed, go to the address on your tax return.
