If you fall into the category of someone who thinks you can not hold a sales meeting, it is likely that you are taking too seriously. Sales meetings should be used as a time to think together, to form what I call a meme. A meme is like-minded people think together. You have seen this in the church, is called prayer. The Bible says that two or more persons form a church and the coming together to focus on a subject that can do that way thinking.

Sales Meetings are the same principle. So if you are going to use your sales meeting just to "announce" something, you're missing the boat. A sales meeting is must use to think. Should be used to work together in a small group role play. Must be an intimate, private event that promotes a sense of security.

Everyone gets a vote. Everyone gets a voice. And everyone is safe. Nothing should come from a meeting that someone gets fired. Dismissals should only occur on the basis of the results and goals that have not been met.

It gives you the rules of a sales meeting, we encourage you to think more about what can do in a sales meeting.

What can you do? Anything you want. You can do a conga line, play music, launch a beach ball around, play cards, games or just play … Playing is the key.

Play, then the work. Solve problems, generate ideas and most importantly, knowing they are doing together.

So, here is the structure that is commonly used.

Gather everyone around the sales meeting in two rows facing each other. Lively music is playing. When you think everyone has got there, people say a joke or a funny story to person through them. Then fold the two lines in it with everyone giving the two people on both sides of five-year high.

Everyone sits, if I like the energy, I move around the world. And make sure to break the cartels.

Start with the subject matter to talk about having to write the statements that are relevant to them on this subject. For example, "Enter the objections you hear from people about why they are not ready to buy a house."

Then we break into groups of 3 and each person reads what the objections are to others. The others are instructed not to give advice.

After 15 minutes or so we gather together again as a group and discuss what they wrote. I will give a brief overview of four major objections in sales and then we'll talk specific objections are addressed. I begin by writing what the charges are those who read to me.

Then, as a group, we began to discuss how add the test of what they are saying, as a refutation of customers and how to handle the objection. I do not give my input until the group has finished contributing their ideas beside himself. Let them speak of it as a group.

Whether or not something is established, the group discussed and went on his own thought process and innate neurology about the things that he was unaware of them.

We usually have tracking tasks and action items for everyone to do and then we'll go from there.

So the bottom line for my team and me is that we all share. Nobody talks about the other person. We all talk to each other. You must get people involved with their physiology, write and speak in front of the group, either in small groups or aloud before the whole group. Nobody is allowed to be shy on my computer. We leave behind any team member.
