If U.S. Corp Tax Code to be more like the UAE, below?
A recent KPMG study ranked the United Arab U.S. has the highest average tax rate of 55 percent among the 86 countries they studied. However, it turns out that the UAE has no federal corporate income tax, only the provinces. The highest rate for any industry can be 55 percent, but in practice only applies to companies oil and legislators sometimes "negotiate" special rates with individual companies, as 85 percent. In contrast, foreign banks are subject only 20 percent, and some industries are not taxed at all.
