IRS Tax Problem Help

You do not pay! For some reason, you have not paid their taxes. Maybe last year or several years, but still not paid. Think you're off the radar and that the IRS has not forgotten you, and then you will receive a letter from them trying to collect back taxes you owe. If you decide to do ignore the letters and go with the "Big deal, what can the IRS for me" attitude, you're in for a rude awakening. They can do much for you.

They choose the weapon you need to understand that the IRS has a large arsenal of means to collect money owed. After receiving a third letter of them, and have not yet contacted them about his tax liability, the IRS will own you. The IRS, through a variety of ways, find a way to recover the money and submit your life to a halt, not let it happen to you!

First Shots! The IRS will levy a fee by the bank freeze you bank account and not allowing you to get more money from him. They could go so far as the withdrawal of his pension or retirement funds in order to recover the money you owe. You will not know what hit you until you try to buy something and your debit card is rejected.

The Big Guns! If not a bank rate, the IRS will implement a wage garnishment. This is when they start taking the money you owe directly from your paycheck. Again, you will not know that this has happened to discover how much less you are getting by paycheck. The IRS may legally extract up to 80% of their salary in a situation though. And the worst of all is that your employer can not do anything about it. But the IRS arms do not stop there.

Hitting below the belt – then the IRS put a lien on his house. This can affect not immediately but certainly in the long term. Once you have a lien on your house, you may not sell, refinance, home improvement, or even take a loan against his assets. The IRS has the title of his house and eventually auctioned to pay his debt.

No Retreat! The second receiving the letter from the IRS indicating the amount you must act on it immediately! Contact a tax professional and get the matter resolved as soon as possible. Do not ignore and I think it will disappear. If you do, hit him with one of the attacks mentioned above.

Now you have the smoking gun … Use it!
